Our real estate roster since inception includes the acquisition, development and redevelopment of 25 million square feet of retail, residential and office space. Currently, our portfolio consists of approximately 5 million square feet of space in 23 projects.
 

While commercial properties form the bulk of our current portfolio, we have carved out a niche in the exciting and challenging mixed-use marketplace as a master planner of high-density urban projects.
